When you’re expecting a baby, everyone will tell you that the newborn phase doesn’t last long – that it disappears in just a few short, sleep-deprived weeks, and that’s it – gone forever.
And it’s easy to see why – sleepless nights, hormones, and the emotional rollercoaster of being a new parent can mean it all disappears in a bit of a blur.
That’s why newborn photoshoots are so special: They’re a repeat ticket back to this special time. I will preserve all the perfect tiny details that you will look back on and cherish for the rest of your life.

Your baby’s safety and comfort is my absolute number one priority. Before even going into business I undertook safety and posing training from one of the UK’s leading newborn trainers. Now, having photographed hundreds of babies, I still continually expand and refresh my knowledge. I’m proud to hold a certification from the Academy of Newborn Photography, and be a Qualified member of the Guild of Newborn and Baby Photographers. The Academy of Newborn Photography Certificate required me to undertake specific safety and infant first aid training.

Sessions are secured with a £55 deposit, which is deducted from your chosen package balance, and no commitment to a particular package is required before you have seen your final images.
All packages are available to view before you book – simply get in touch by email or phone, or fill in the form below to request the brochure and I’ll send it straight over for you with no obligation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is the best time for a newborn photoshoot?
The best time to photograph newborns in the studio is between 5 and 14 days old as at this time they are still asleep a lot during the day and they don’t mind too much being posed in lovely curled up positions.
When should I book my newborn photoshoot?
It’s best to get book your session well before your baby is born, ideally just after your 20 week scan, to ensure availability during the first two weeks of their life.
At this point we’ll pencil in a date based on your due date which can be confirmed or amended when your baby arrives – therefore there’s no need to worry if your baby arrives early, late or right on time.
My baby has already arrived - is it too late to book?
I do sometimes have late availability for newborn photoshoots, so please do contact me to see if I have a slot available for you.
My baby is already over two weeks old. Can I still have a newborn photoshoot?
Yes! The recommendation of up to 2 weeks old is a general guide for when babies are more sleepy, curled up and comfortable in poses. However, I do offer shoots in the studio-style up to 12 weeks old. Get in touch to find out more!
What does newborn photography cost?
My newborn photography packages range from £195 to £995. I offer a selection of print-only packages, digital-only packages, and some popular Collections. The Collections consist of digital images alongside beautiful wall art and printed products and represent a fantastic saving on list price.
Can we have family, sibling or parent shots during our newborn shoot?
Of course! I love including the rest of the family in newborn photoshoots 🙂
Do you have props and accessories to choose from?
My style of newborn photography is very natural and baby-led – to me, babies are perfect just as they are. My minimal approach reflects that and gives a timeless quality to your images. I do have a range of subtle wraps, accessories and props to enhance your images, and you are free to choose as many or as few as you like during your shoot.
Can I view your prices before I commit to booking?

I do! I have some lovely gift vouchers which are available for any amount from £25.
