Hello!

I’m Vicky, a specialist photographer of babies and children, mum of two, keen tea drinker and nature lover. Being something of an introvert, talking about myself doesn’t come easy,,, but here goes!

As a Yorkshire newborn & childrens photographer, my aim is to give you beautiful images of your children as they are now, that turn into precious memories when they are grown. My own babies are now in high school, so I know all too well how quickly they change forever!

I’ve been photographing babies and children professionally since 2015, and I absolutely love my job.

I offer a service built around you

I want you to have a wonderful experience creating your images, and offer a service that I have built around parents and the needs of their little ones.

Being a mum myself, I totally understand that there’s no point having a shoot at what is normally nap time, and I get it that your toddler might lose it if they’re hungry or being asked to put down their new favourite stick (believe me, I’ve been there!).

Whether in the studio or out and about, my shoots are relaxed and fun, we can time the shoot to start at the time of day when your child is at their most cheerful, take a break (or three!) for snacks, and play with all of the sticks and pebbles we find along the way without having to rush.

Qualifications

I hold “Qualified Professional” status with the Academy of Newborn Photography, and am proud to have gained Qualified status with the Guild of Newborn and Baby Photographers. Before I went into business I was trained in newborn safety and posing by one of the UK’s leading newborn photographers. I’m fully insured both in the studio and on location.
